Tired of broken promises and low expectations? I’m here to make city government reliable, approachable, and accountable.
I believe most of us want the same things for this beautiful city we call home. We want safe neighborhoods, good schools, steady jobs, and a city government that listens and delivers. Flint deserves leadership that turns those shared values into real, visible change.I’m not a politician. I’m a neighbor, a husband, a father, and someone who has spent years working alongside people who are doing their best to hold this city together. I’ve sat in living rooms listening to families worry about safety, talked with parents who want stable schools for their kids, and worked with small business owners who are fighting to stay open. I know the system can be frustrating and slow, but I also know Flint is full of people who haven’t given up. I’m running because I believe our city council should look and feel like us: honest, accessible, and focused on solving real problems, not playing political games.

My decision to run for Flint’s 8th Ward City Council comes from a deep commitment to public service and a belief that one person can make a real difference. This is my community, and I feel a responsibility to help make it better.I am a husband, father of three, and Flint native working to build a stronger future for the city I call home. My wife, Ashly, and I are raising our children here, and our older two attend Flint Public Schools. I see every day what is at stake for families like mine and for neighbors across the 8th Ward.I bring a different perspective to local government. In my work across multiple industries, I have focused on solving complex problems, improving systems, and helping organizations deliver real results. I am running to bring practical leadership, accountability, and a clear plan to help Flint grow again so families can thrive and the next generation sees a future worth staying for.
