Basketball for All
The Detroit Pistons' "Basketball for All" program, in partnership with the City of Detroit, William Davidson Foundation, Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation, and the Detroit Parks Coalition, launched the Neighbors Program in 2019. This initiative aims to revitalize Detroit's public parks and outdoor spaces by offering healthy, safe, and free activities for families. As part of their commitment, the Pistons have renovated 60 basketball courts across Detroit and donated 70,000 basketballs to the city's youth. The Neighbors Program continues to foster an active, green, and healthier future for Detroit's communities.
